Valencia Grier serves as First Lady of ETM. She is a fulltime wife and mother who genuinely loves God and her family. She oversees  and serves in various roles at ETM including Church Business Administrator II, Women's Ministry director, Daycare and After-school age program administrator, Youth-for-Christ instructor, and Youth Sunday school superintendent.
